2 large potatoes
1/4 c french onion dip
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package beef gravy mix
Filling
1/2 lb hamburger cooked and drained
make gravy with 1/4 c water
mix hamburger and gravy together
set aside
pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Micro-wave potatoes 4 min (depending
on your micro-wave)
until almost done. Scoop out the middle
of the potato leaving a side layer
around the skin
Mix dip with the potato mash it together
Fill potato shell with meat and top with
potato mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes
